Big waste of time from what appears to be a very large company with layers of bureaucracy. I sent a video clearly explaining what I needed and I got pitched on much more than what was necessary. The cost would have been 10-20x what was necessary. Please revise your business practices and actually listen to what your customers want, don't just pitch them an expensive solution because it comes across as tone deaf and wastes everyone's time.

Reviews
Michael was very wonderful even though the company couldn’t do the job. He took his time to explain what they could do. He also referred me to someone else that could do the work. He did not rush he explained what type of work they did and if I have any other projects that I think they will be able to do I will not hesitate to reach out.
JES is not the company needed for the job. Thank you for taking the time to view the work and being honest in what you could and couldn’t do.
Thank you for your quick response and guiding me in the right direction. If another need arises, I will definitely keep you in mind.
We had great experience with this company. Very professional!
The JES team did a great job in my crawl space. It is now dry and usable.
They gave a professional estimate and recommendation on how to fix my current issue.
JES was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend.
Took awhile to get on schedule but once here the work went off without a hitch.
Didn't hire them but the estimate was pretty thorough.
Inspection Jesse came out and did a wonderful job explaining the process JES does with foundation repair. He was very courteous and professional.
Met with estimator and he’s very well informed and helpful in thinking about my projects.
Work was never done…. The messaged me to clarify what work I needed done. Shortly after my job was updated to completed and they requested a review.. now I have to start all over with another job.
Jay is well experienced and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained in and out of the inspection that he conducted and what to do further. He is the best.
JES performed a free inspection and found no issues with the foundation.
