Hello! My name is Jesse French and I am a singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist in the San Diego area. My goal is to add to the vision you have for your event, party, or celebration. I'm happy to play songs that people can dance and sing along to, engage with audiences, or simply be a nice background ambiance. I typically bring a guitar to all gigs, and will bring a piano for gigs over 2 hours (unless requested!). Appreciate you!

Jesse was the musician for the Wedding Rehearsal dinner that I hosted. He was punctual, responded within 24 to all my emails, he was flexible to even add on an extra hour music, and he also played some songs that I had requested. My other son is getting married this year too, and I will be definitely booking him again for that one.
We booked him for our wedding, and he apparently double-booked on our day and did not let us know until three weeks out, after our planner reached out to him about logistics. We paid a deposit and communicated extensively about style and music preferences months beforehand, so not sure how he couldn't have realized he was not free that day at any point, or reached out himself with an apology and backup when he realized. This has put us in a terrible position trying to scramble to find someone else. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable musician.

I am extremely happy with Jesse! He was so easy to work with, had wonderful talent, and made our wedding that much more of a romantic feel. We hired Jesse to play an outdoor community event for us. He took our friendly event to something really lovely. Jesse has a fantastic voice and was able to incorporate so many of our favorite songs. Throughout the two hours we had friends popping over to say how great his music is. I will absolutely hire Jesse again & if you’re on the fence I recommend you hop off and hire him!
We hired Jesse to play at our gratitude event and kick off of our new nonprofit. Everyone loved him and his music…he made a point to learn some songs that I wanted played …He has such an amazing voice and diverse skills set on both piano and guitar. He even stayed late and he had great dance music going when attendees wanted to dance the night away. Jesse is very customer focused, professional, and a sweet soul. I highly recommend him for your events….I will definitely hire him again for future parties and events.
