Excellent service from JetPipe Plumbing! Kiril came out and provided a much better solution for my sump pump pipe leaking problem, which had not been properly fixed the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the repair was done correctly. I really appreciate that JetPipe honored their warranty and completed the improved repair at no additional charge. It is great to see a company stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Highly recommend JetPipe Plumbing and Kiril for their quality service and commitment to doing the job right!
The service was great the crew was polite and efficient
Very nice to check everything!
We used JetPipe to replace our backflow assembly that was leaking. They promptly came and delivered a no obligation quote. They were the most affordable compared to other quotes. They acquired the parts quickly and changed out the backflow assemply in under 4 hours. Well done!
Very professional and reasonably priced. they did a gas line for me and passed Santa Clara City inspection.
I had a very positive experience working with Jetpipe. They’re professional, responsive, and punctual. They installed a new water heater and two toilets. They did have to return to adjust the water heater settings.
The entire Jetpipe Plumbing experience was excellent. In the initial phase of engagement, they were friendly, upfront about terms and then arrived on time on the scheduled date. Later, Enty R, their technician's friendliness in answering our inquiries, professionalism and quality of work made the experience further more easy and stress‑free. I’d certainly recommend this team for your all your plumbing needs. Thank you Jetpipe Plumbing!
