Great experience with Jetstream Plumbers! We had an urgent issue with a completely clogged toilet, and K'Ron Davis came out right on time. He worked hard to diagnose the problem before jumping into the repair, and he was spot-on. It turned out that a toilet-cleaning piece had accidentally fallen in and was blocking everything. He was able to get it out, showed us exactly what caused the problem, and got everything working properly again. Very professional, punctual, and thorough. Definitely recommend Jetstream Plumbers and K'Ron for anyone dealing with an urgent plumbing issue!

came out with the wrong size heater the first time, and showed up the second time with the same size water heater and talked my wife into letting them install it.

Yes they come out for free but their minimum service charge is $150.00. I asked additional questions about getting additional work done by email and they didn't respond. will not use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Jet Stream installing my hot water heater. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation itself was done cleanly and correctly, and they took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. When a small issue came up, the manager personally stepped in, solved the problem promptly, and fully stood behind his work. That kind of accountability and integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jet Stream to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service. They absolutely earned this 5-star review.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jetstream Plumbing. Gil was quick to reply to my message and was able to give me an appointment to fix the leak in my toilet within 2 hours. He came within the timeframe given. The problem was resolved and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes! He even gave me a discount from the original quoted price since the problem was an easy fix. I’m a very satisfied customer and will call Jetstream Plumbing again for future need.

My hot water heater suddenly was not producing hot enough water. I chose Jetstream based on the cost value as well as the high regarded reviews. The technician Josh was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, as well as the office. Staff been really responsive and keeping me into leading up to the technicians arrival. Thank God it was something that was able to be easily fixed.
