I had Jimario Landscaping clean up my rental property front and backyard, plus freshen up with mulch. They provided a fair price and were able to do it timely matter. I needed mulching done in my backyard before I put my house and the market and my schedule is tight so I wanted to hire someone. They did a fine job and were super fast to respond and to get out and get the job done. Thank you!
Do not hire. Sloppy work to which I assume was outsourced to someone - unsure. Also took a high-powered leaf blower to my raised garden beds and obliterated my new vegetable garden. I generally also like to have a tidy worksite, and they left the property without putting anything back where it was prior to doing the mulch project. Their customer support denied anything happened even with video evidence from my security camera. It felt like I was talking to an AI not even sure if they’re a real company.
They damaged my PVC S&D Cleanout Plug while mowing my lawn, and refused responsibility. They instead chose to respond by cancelling the service.

Jimario Lawn Services responded immediately and gave me a written estimate within 10 minutes. They not only took on the job I needed done, but they worked within my budget, and came out the very next day to complete it! They sent before and after photos and gave me advice on some of my plants as well. I’ll be hiring them again for sure.

Their price was too high and then they continued to message me and would not leave me alone even after I told them no thanks. After I left the review above due to their unprofessional behavior, they sent me a bill for my "false review" and then a week later, they messaged me again complaining about the review I left (see pictures). They were very unprofessional from the start and then it got even worse when they continued to harass me because I thought it was important that others know about their unprofessional behavior.

Jimario LLC took the time to understand what it was I was asking them to do as far as Lawn Care and described other options and the cost for those options. They were respectful. They were responsive. Their charge was reasonable. They were on time. They were tidy and quick in mowing, weeding, edging, bagging, hauling and laying mulch down in my plant/flower beds.
RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: First, you applied weed cloth to only half of one bed instead of four beds. Second, no post work inspection was conducted. They advised our household that they were hot, complete, and moving on. Third, edging was included in the quote. Fourth, my wife talked to the crew prior to work and reiterated the agreed specifications. There is no professional reason to perform the scope of work that was performed. Clearly this was negligence. My intent is to withdraw payment or seek restitution. The team of 2 men were mostly joking around. They did not edge the beds properly (with a spade or straight edge shovel). Instead they used a weedwhacker. They did not apply the provided weed cloth to the entirety of the beds. They only put about one inch of mulch over the grassy areas. As soon as the rain came, the much just slide away. Photos attached. Total rework is required.
They canceled without showing any sign of apology And their performance? Photos speak for themselves
