I’m one to never do reviews but this one warrants one. First he does his work out of order. Plumbing, walls and flooring that’s the order. He proceeds with walls, floor & plumbing. He attempted to replace the toilet valve, used a reciprocating saw to cut the water line. Picture below. He then cutoff the cold water pipe to use as a handle to solder the toilet pipe. Please note flux & cleanliness was not part of his install. Picture below. This unknown method created a pipe that would not seal burned newly installed floor and the need to contact a plumber $1000 dollars later. While the plumber was here repairing his incompetence he proceeds to vandalize my property and cut the pipe in question with the use of the plumber’s tools mind you unsolicited. Basically willfully damaging my property and costing me an additional $1000! had a water leak in my home, and the team did an excellent job evaluating the situation, identifying the source of the leak, and making the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this contractor based on our experience. We hired the company for several small repairs, including flooring. They inspected the area beforehand and provided an estimate stating the flooring could be completed. During the job, we were told additional flooring was needed, which the homeowner purchased. The finished flooring did not look professionally installed. Several boards were not flush with the surrounding flooring, there were visible gaps between boards, and adhesive/glue was used with pieces of the pre-existing flooring even though the homeowner had purchased new flooring for the job. When we questioned the finished result, we were then told the floor was not level and that this was why the installation did not look right. This was never communicated before the flooring was installed. Had the homeowner been told upfront that the condition of the existing floor would prevent a professional-looking result, she would not have proceeded with that installation and would have chosen another option. The contractor initially agreed to return with replacement flooring and redo three rows. When they returned, however, they did not bring the flooring as agreed. Instead, the poor result was defended by saying that because of the prior water damage, the entire floor should have been replaced. That was particularly frustrating because they had inspected the area, determined the repair could be done, priced the work, and proceeded with the installation. Ultimately, they agreed to waive the flooring charge, which I appreciate. However, that does not change the experience: poor communication, an installation with gaps and boards that were not flush, questionable use of old material when new material was available, and an explanation about the condition of the floor that came only after the work had been completed. Unexpected conditions can happen during a repair. My issue is not that the floor had an underlying problem. My issue is that a professional contractor should communicate when an existing condition prevents them from delivering the expected result before proceeding with the work. That would have allowed the homeowner to make an informed decision. Based on our experience, I would not hire this company again.
They are super Great. Ethan and his team is so nice to the tenant even they want him back to work on the property on other repairs. Definitely I am looking forward to work on more projects

My counter had detached and some of the wood was water damaged. He let me know the dishwasher was leaking and fixed that too.
I contacted Nehemias Jimenez through Thumbtack yesterday. He came out within a few hours and provided a quote and then came back this morning and removed the shed. He and his workers did an excellent job in freezing temperatures! We will definitely hire them again when we need other work to be completed. His prices are exceptional!
His level of craftsmanship and skill is subpar, and he will use cheap materials. Wood he is used on my deck were uneven, had rot spots, and was rising within 2 days. Buyer beware
