Jim did a wonderful job replacing my sump pump battery backup system. He even got it from the store for me. He also cleaned up an area where leaves were coming in my basement and found 2 dead mice. Jim disposed of all waste. He is very professional, did a wonderful job, and was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him.
