Knowledgeable, communicative and very efficient. Years of buildup in my dryer vents cleared out in an hour! JJ's Services has my recommendation 🫡

They accomplished what they came to do but did not take the thing to fully sweep up or vacuum up all the dust from behind the dryer, which was a little disappointing. I think had they accomplished that, it would have been exceptional customer service. Good service, but I would seek quotes from someone else next time before re-hiring. If not for price comparisons alone. Took off 1 star for the way my base boards looked behind dryer.

JJ was amazing from beginning to end. He cleaned the mold in our furnace, as well as the dryer vents and ductwork in the house. He arrived on time, explained every step in detail, and provided valuable guidance on the best services for our situation. We also appreciated that he included a warranty for the work performed. I highly recommend JJ to anyone in need of professional duct, furnace, or dryer vent cleaning and maintenance

If I could give him and his partner, Bernice a 10 I would! They were very thorough, cleaned each vent in-depth, worked together & got it done within 4 hours! I have a large home with 15 vents and 2 registers...They cleaned each & everyone of them plus both registers! They also sprayed the mold/mildew prevention into each vent!! I will be using JJ's Services for my Mother & Daughter's homes after Christmas!

Jesse came the day he was released from the hospital. That’s customer service! Cleaned out my dryer ductwork and replaced a deteriorating vent cap. Would highly recommend him. He was the first to respond in Thumbtack.

Fantastic service, super respectful, communicative and transparent. Fully recommend hiring these guys! They got my HVAC all cleaned out from a previous smoker and also cleared all of the mold they found out. I can breathe (literally) now that I know this has been taken care of, and it smells so much better in here. Their pricing was more than fair given the extent they worked on my house.
