He was prompt, knowledgeable and had done research before he came. However, we concluded that the $30 part we needed was not available and we ended up buying a new refrigerator.

Jerel did such a phenomenal job servicing our Whirlpool dryer (it was a mess, and we were very fortunate in that it was evident we had some small lint fires)- he was also great giving us guidance on how to service our Whirlpool washing machine. Most importantly, he was honest and genuine which I find rare today. Would highly recommend Jerel. Here are the pics of our dirty dryer.
JL Appliance LLC - Thank You! Thank You! My refrigerator is finally in the kitchen!!! I’ve waited 3 months for this after dealing with shady handyman. It’s my first time using Thumbtack and I was a bit hesitant. After reading reviews after reviews, JL Appliance was the one I felt safe choosing! I’m extremely HAPPY to say that every single review this young man received does him no justice bc he deserves many more stars!! Punctual, responsive to my inquiries, the quality of his work and professionalism is exceptional. JL Appliance also installed my gas stove, which was sitting in my living bc our Bldg manager didn't think to purchase installation. I'm a very simple person and having these two appliances installed has made my day! The first is where my refrigerator was hanging out with the washer, and the second is where it belongs. Here's a picture of the new stove. Did I say how happy I am? I will be recommending JL Appliance to my friends and I will definitely be calling him when my appliances need repairing. The cost was worth every dollar and then some! 🙏🏼
