Reviews
It's sad they only limit us to 5 stars, as JLC needs double that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had JLC Contractors replace our old patio cover, and the results exceeded our expectations! From our first meeting with Josh to the final installation, the process was seamless. Communication was excellent, the crew was professional, and the workmanship was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our new patio cover and highly recommend JLC Contractors to anyone looking for quality work and a great customer experience.
These guys are not professional at all. We agreed on a time for them to come to my place. They told me they would be on time. Then it would be 5 minutes late, then another 10 minutes late. I said they should have planned ahead to be on time. Then said that was Strike 1. They then canceled when they were supposedly 3 minutes away. Do not use these unprofessional amateurs. I hope Thumbtack removes them.
Responsive and their team did a wonderful job.
Josh, and his team did a great job on building an overhead on my patio, and his concrete guys did an awesome job as well! I recommend you use Josh for all your construction jobs! The price was within budget too!
Josh and his crew did a great job helping make our backyard vision come to life! We added an attached covered patio, countertop, and built-in fireplace with storage.
Hello I noticed several issues with the work done on my property. The paint on the wall is peeling, and some items, including my prism, were not replaced in their original spots. I also sent pictures of the problems a week ago, but I haven’t heard back. I kindly request that you address these issues as soon as possible. Please let me know a time you can come to fix this. issue
They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great home remodeling work. They answered all my questions and responded with professionalism. I highly recommend Josh and his team.
Did not complete the job. Stopped responding to texts or calls. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I cared about.
Josh and his team extended my cement patio and built a beautiful detached pergola in my backyard. He was very responsive, took care of all of my requests, and the work quality was excellent. I would recommend Josh and his team for future projects.
Josh’s level of effort to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned for our patio and bathroom renovations was top notch. We had big projects moving at the same time and they all finished beyond our expectations. His communication and dedication to customer service was seen from first interaction to final walk through.
Excellent Professional. He suggested exactly what not to be done and what can be done. Great to see guys like him around here
Josh and his team did a great job demolishing our 15 year old deck and rebuilding it. He was prompt with submitting a quote, price matching and scheduling the job. Accessing our deck was a little complicated but JLC completed the job without hassles. Would definitely recommend for any future projects!
Josh was so easy to work with the entire process. He had a great vision for our project and took into account the things important to us. He pre planned and then showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Clean and efficient. Work done quickly and quality is excellent. Would use him again and will refer him to others.
