I hired JFL to build a 20x18 deck for $9,500The deck was mostly completed and looks good, but there was a portion of the project that was not finished as expected. When I asked about it, I was told it would require additional payment to complete. I would recommend that anyone working with this contractor make sure the full scope of work is clearly detailed in the contract so there are no misunderstandings about what is included in the quoted price.

Jose and his son arrived early and was able to seal large cracks along my outside windows. Their work is clean, and they finished at a reasonable time. He didn't take any short cuts and did everything right. I will be hiring him back
Jose did a great job with my deck. He was very clear about what needed to be done to make sure the staining job was high quality. That started with a power wash and then staining two days later. Jose’s prices were fair, he was responsive, and he was very respectful when walking through our house by taking his boots off. We love the result.
Did an amazing job there was wood cut too high to install the wood and they were able to fix all the doors for me
Jose did a beautiful job on our deck. Would definitely hire for other projects in the future!
Jose and JLF Construction did an outstanding job on our large drywall repair. After we had to cut into the wall to access ductwork, Jose took care of everything needed to restore it—moving furniture, framing, drywalling, and painting. The finished work is seamless, as if the wall was never touched. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, and we’re extremely satisfied. We’ll definitely call on Jose for future projects. Highly recommend!
Jose came over weekend to fix the ceiling drywall. He was upfront about cost, he was punctual on time and did a fantastic job in fixing the ceiling drywall patch and painted it. I highly recommend him for such type of work.
I recently had drywall work done at my house and am extremely pleased with the results. The JFL Constructions was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable suggestions to ensure the best outcome. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The walls are smooth and perfectly finished, with no visible seams or imperfections. The JFL Construction also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed. Overall, I highly recommend this drywall service to anyone in need of high-quality, reliable work.
Jose showed up when he said he would and worked all day until the job was finished. He diagnosed the problem and was very good at solving it. I was grateful for his skill and hard work. He did a great job.
