I needed a retaining wall finished in my front yard. I chose JLI because Luis had the best reviews. I was not let down. The wall was done exactly as I wanted. They were able to knock it out in 1 day and it looks fantastic! He has fair pricing and was very helpful when it came to figuring out materials, he even helped pick up the materials with me. I will definitely be using JLI in the future and I recommend them highly for any construction needs!

I would choose all 5 options including value and punctuality. Luis did a beautiful job repairing our brick planter, after a car jumped the curb and ran into the planter. He is a perfectionist. He reached out to me right away after me asking for a quote. He kept me apprised of scheduling and arrival time. I highly recommend JLI construction!
Working with Luis was seamless and very professional. He and his worker did a great job building new steps in my backyard and completed them efficiently. I would hire Luis again for other projects!
Luis and his team were great! Came in and took care of business and was on time! I will hire him again for future projects! 😎👍
Easy to work with and very professional...Will definitely hire again for my next project
I heartily recommend using JLI Construction! Luis gave me a very favorable bid for concrete steps and walkways needed to complete my year long home remodel. His pricing was especially favorable at a time when money was getting tight as we neared completion. He also gave me helpful information along the way I could use for his other parts of my project. He was prompt to respond and very easy to work with, and he and his team finished ahead of time and were very pleasant to deal with. JLI delivered!
Luis was fast to respond and get started. His work was great and quality to match. We’ll worth the price and he gave me a great deal. He was able to demo an old slab of concrete that wasn’t reinforced to support the items we wanted to put there, then leveled out a new reinforced slab of concrete with angles for water run off. Great job from a hard worker. Much appreciated!
Luis and his crew did a great job. They laid a slab on concrete at the side of our house. Everything they said they would do they did. I even asked them to cap an old sprinkler head that didn't work and they took care of it. They were on time and finished the job as agreed. Would recommend and use his team again.
I hired Luis to redo concrete in my driveway, paint both my front porch and back porch/walk way and build a fence to close in my porch. I am very happy with the results and will definitely hire again for upcoming projects!
They did an excellent job much better than I could have imagined if this was school I would give them a concrete A++++ all the way...
Luis did a wonderful job with my retaining wall. He and his crew demolished the old wall, removed and then replaced lots of dirt and lawn and finished the new wall to match the little house. I highly recommend JLI general construction!
Luis is awesome! He is extremely responsive and does high quality work at a very fair price. He's also a considerate, all-around good guy. After we reached out for a concrete pouring job on a side yard, Luis gave us a virtual estimate the same night, came out the next day to confirm the details, and had the job done within a week. Luis worked efficiently but didn't rush the job. His attention to detail made it feel like he was working on his own house. Needless to say, the work was solid, but what really left an impression was how considerate he and his team were. They made sure to ask what time the HOA allowed noise (not that they were even loud), and took the time to clean the walkways and driveways around the work area. By the time they left, the area was spotless. Thank you Luis for a great experience and our new side yard!
What a wonderful and painless experience working with Luis. I reached out for an estimate to do a platform and a new set of stairs. Luis came out and surveyed the job site and went beyond and estimate and brought out his laser level to help plan for grading and water drainage. I received an estimate the same day and was able to schedule a start day the very next day. Luis showed up at 7:00 am and went right to work. We had the existing concrete demo’d, and forms dug out and formed same day. Concrete was poured the following morning and finished in the afternoon. My wife was extremely pleased by his work, communication and affordability. His work ethic is unmatched. He respects your home and cleans up before work is done. Do not hesitate in calling him.
Luis was thorough and very helpful. Also did a great job cleaning up the area after he was done (I have always hated how messy most people leave work site so I really appreciated this). Great to work with and will definitely reach out to him for future projects.
Luis and his crew were magnificent. They turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and left the job site clean enough to eat off the floors. Even my very particular plumber was very pleased with the job they did. One knows it's done very well when a contractor compliments another!
