I highly recommend JMA. Jamal was so responsive throughout the entire process of installing a whole home water filtration system. He was very transparent about the pricing of labor and parts. He worked long hours to get the job done as soon as possible. Even after payment, he came back another day to help with a follow up request, free of charge. He used high quality materials and performed exceptional work!
I messaged on thumbtack app at 9:20 AM and by 9:40 AM I spoke to Jamal and he was on his way to give me a quote. We had to fit in a water filter, Jamal and his son did a fantastic job at it. They finished the entire process in less than 4 hours and it was a smooth process through and through. If anyone wants to get things done quickly and thoroughly, I 100% recommend Jamal.
Jamal was professional and efficient in completing the task. I had another meeting to run to and only had limited amount of time for him to complete the task. He did it with 10 minutes to spare. He used great material and was reasonable on cost. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.
Jamal responded within 24 seconds and showed up in time. His work is very professional and flawless. I was having issue with the kitchen sink and drainage. Jamal suggested best way to fix it and worked diligently to get it done the same day I sent the request. A job week done, and a must hire for any plumbing work.
Completed our work quickly and professionally. Thank you!
“Exceptional service in every sense of the word! Highly professional, timely communication, and, above all, AMAZING work. Exceeded expectations!” THANK YOU! You the best !!!!!
Jamal got in touch with me very quickly and was able to replace my water heater promptly. His rate was reasonable and did nice work...took my old water heater away too! Professional and courteous as well.
Jamal was very polite in answering all my questions. He responded in detail to all my questions. He was on time and did a great job. He changed my storage tank with the water heater. A
Jamal responded right away to my job request. I told him what I needed, sent a few photos and he was here within the hour. Very efficient and kind. I was missing a part for the job and he went out and bought it. I had a whole new faucet installed with new supply line. Job well done! We are pleased! Before Jamal we couldn’t use the sink without water splashing everywhere. We’ve been waiting for the family plumber for some time now and couldn’t wait anymore and decided to give Thumbtack a try. So glad we did! 10/10!
