JMM Construction did an outstanding job in remodeling my bathroom into a total oasis. It’s now my favorite room in the whole house. Corey is a true professional. He’s super friendly and responsive. He would regularly check-in to make sure everything was going smoothly and according to my expectations. He accommodated my design preferences and provided valuable suggestions for materials, ensuring every detail met the highest standards. Corey’s team were not only skilled but also courteous and friendly, making the construction process enjoyable. They were very patient with my requests along the way. Their attention to detail, especially with tiling, was exceptional, and they went the extra mile to enhance the design, even without specific requests. They were here pretty much every day (even some weekends) from the day the project started until the end. I never had to call to find out whether someone was showing up that day. They were also respectful of the property and cleaned up after work everyday. Thanks to JMM for a smooth and enjoyable construction process and a beautiful bathroom!

Working with JMM Construction to remodel our first floor, full bathroom, was an incredible experience and we are already working with them on our next bathroom remodel project. From the first time we met Corey when he came to our house to look at the bathroom and provide an estimate, we found him easy to work with, appreciated his suggestions and most of all felt that he was always listening to our wants, needs and concerns. He was always responsive to our questions and provided support through each step of the process - including meeting us at the vendor locations to choose materials. The project was finished on-time and on-budget. The JMM employees always treated our home with respect and cleaned up every single day, enormously reducing the inconvenience that construction inevitably brings. We would absolutely recommend this company and look forward to having them remodel our next bathroom in the coming months.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with JMM for our master bathroom remodel. Corey, the project manager, was exceptional in coordinating every aspect of the project. His attention to detail and communication skills were top-notch. Angel, the primary remodeler, was a true craftsman. The quality of his work surpassed expectations. They transformed the bathroom into into a luxurious space that is now our favorite room in the house. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend JMM to anyone looking to do a bathroom renovation. Five stars all the way!

I highly recommend JMM Construction. I reached out to 7 contractors for a full bathroom expansion and remodel (including a tub to shower conversion). Two of the original contractors didn’t follow up past initial contact. One made an appointment to come to our home and didn’t show. Of the remaining 4, JMM was not the lowest bid but was very competitive. Project manager, Corey Manning ultimately was the reason we selected JMM. I had a relatively short timeline to complete the remodel prior to my Mom coming for a visit. Corey understood what I needed and the quality of work I was looking for. I am happy to say JMM didn’t disappoint. In addition to Corey, we had several skilled people throughout the 3-week project and the quality of work from all was top of the line. The crew: Jose, Juan, David, Fidel, Aseah and Angel was reliable and worked long days. Each person did excellent work in their area: demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting and finish work. A special shout out to our tiler - Jose. Jose was a true craftsman and perfectionist in laying out and installing the shower floor/walls and bathroom floor. He was able to fulfill my request of making a seamless transition between the bathroom tile and the hallway LPV - adjusting it to the same level so we don’t need a rubber threshold. Corey and his team were the best contractor I’ve ever hired for a project and I won’t hesitate to hire them in the future.

JMM construction did a great job on our bathroom remodel. I had a vision and they made it happen. They took out a wall to open up my shower. It looks amazing. So much brighter! If there was ever an issue they came out and fixed it right away. I would recommend them for a bathroom remodel. (Before and after photos attached.)

JMM Remodeling did a beautiful job with my bathroom upgrade. Corey was very communicative and worked well with my building manager (we live in a high rise and have to follow HOA rules). He was upfront with the cost and there were no surprises. We worked together on the design and I appreciated his professional input. Everyone on his team was great to work with and they have a high standard of quality.

JMM did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. This was our first construction project and choosing a contractor who is willing to walk us through each phase was important. JMM excelled in the “first-time remodel project” experience. I worked mainly with project manager, Corey. He visited both the plumbing and tile store to pick out the products. The partners he worked with were both professional and non pushy. We especially enjoyed working with Jenna at Ferguson. As you can see in the photos, we LOVE our new bathroom. The crew all showed up with smile on their face and very respectful. I would recommend JMM for any remodel project.

Jorge was great to work with I just wish he would have given me some more suggestions along the way.

Class act! We set about wanting to renovate our bathroom for awhile but never found the contractor that was a fit for our criteria: timeline, budget and level of desired quality. When we spoke with Jorge we knew he had the best intentions for our 1948 bathroom. He gave us an honest quote without ever asking what we wanted to spend, and still came under bids we received from several other quotes. This being our first home project, he walked us through step by step on what to source, recommended where to get the best value products, and maintained the highest level of professionalism. This was a 4 week project from beginning to end. Would’ve been shorter if it hadn’t been for our wanting to make last minute changes to specs. And he and his team were very accommodating and accepting. We came within range our of initial budget assumption (not over) and our bathroom is now the best looking room in our house. I’ll recommend JMM to anyone who needs a trustworthy and efficient company to renovate their home.
