I'm a property manager. I wasn't able to be present for the repair and needed to convey all the specifics via text. Dustie understood it all and filled out the work order so Dylan, the technician would have it. He executed it perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Reviews
Did great job but too expensive. Needed outdoor faucet spigot replaced after it failed. I had already purchased the replacement part which they used. Took two guys 10 mins and cost was high.
Lorenzo was assigned to the job to change hit and cold valves in my laundry room. He was professional, polite. punctual and completed the job in day of diagnosis within an hour.
they added thumbtack trip fee on me. i know companies waive service trip fee if we proceed with repair .
Never respond
Great company and people. Came out next day and took care of the issue. Will so business again and highly recommend!
I received excellent service from JMP Plumbing. I had an issue with toilet water flow, and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. I am satisfied with the quality of the work, and I am impressed by the responsiveness and communication that I received. My expectations were exceeded.
JMP responded to my request quickly and was able to schedule service the next day. Matt arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problems we were experiencing and was able to fix them during the visit. Thanks JMP Plumbing.
The charges are quite expensive, and they don’t complete the job properly. They cut open the wall/sheetrock but didn’t close it back, saying it’s not their job. They also kept pushing me to hire other vendors instead of taking ownership of the full work. Overall, not satisfied with the service.
JMP showed up as scheduled on time and did a great job resolving our natural gas connection problem to our Samsung clothes dryer. Antonio and Angel were very courteous and professional and promptly addressed the dryer connection issue at a fair price. We highly recommend JMP Plumbing Services 👍
Needed to get really old fridge connection changed otherwise our new fridge would bulge out. Antonio and Angel were quick to make the recommendation of what needed to happen. They had great schedule flexibility that accommodated mine very well. It was quick install too! Nice, knowledgeable and great communication. I don’t know about blue comparison because JMP was the first to respond and I didn’t have too much time to wait to compare. I do wish they could do a little more drywall patching but it’s behind the fridge and literally can’t be seen. Otherwise had no other issues. Would still use them in the future!
Quick and clean worksman ship. Provided the right solution.
Great service. Came out the same day and had my bursted pipe fixed in minutes!
Very friendly and informative!
Very responsive...also appreciated that before any major work undertaken he tried to see if there was a simple fix. When work had to be done..he had 2 alternatives and went with the one that would be least expensive. Great work...would recommend and use again
No complaints, solid provider of plumbing services. Gage and his partner did a great job.
