Kevin and team were punctual and did a great job cleaning the rain gutters. They also took before and after pics for reference. Great price too. Will use them for other jobs in the future too.

Reviews
Really poor communication. Last minute cancellation after being 30 minutes late without follow up for reschedule. Very unprofessional.
Overall they did a good job. The carpets were in rough condition and JMZ made them look so much better. They did forget to mop the floors downstairs.
I’d give them a zero if I could. Had confirmed twice for moving today..two thumbs up. Did not show up, didn’t respond to messages and would not answer their phones! Not a way to run a business. Beware, don’t hire them. If you are going to be late just call or text.
Booked services, then tried calling, emailing, and texting the day before to confirm No answer and no return calls. Day of booking, no call, no show. I was left hanging. Very unprofessional.
Responded quickly, and the team was able to move the item I needed same-day for a reasonable price.
It was a pleasure doing business with JMZ. Juan responded to my inquiry about having a couch moved to my house within five minutes. Everything was done within three hours of contacting me, AND he gave me an excellent rate! A big thank you for your professional and prompt service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
Poor communication didn’t even go to pick it up till over halfway through the delivery window, didn’t answer the phone and didn’t deliver my items. If they were intending to it would have been very late. Pick anyone else.
I requested and paid for a deep, move-in cleaning. The unit was filthy, and I let them know. I walked through and pointed out the most troublesome areas and asked for all the cabinets to be cleaned inside and out. Below are a few snaps of what it looked like AFTER their crew of 3 guys came out to my house! Of course I complained and asked for it to be corrected. One fellow came out and it was only marginally better after he left. Later I asked for an invoice I could give to the landlord, they never replied. I would not ever use them again.
It was a pleasure to work with JMZ Pro Services. Juan quickly provided an estimate and was available to match the window trim paint and paint the trim around some new windows that had just been installed. Very easy to work with and responsive to my requests. Would gladly use again.
The level of cleaning was way beyond what I was expecting. I will be using them again.
