Reviews
Opened a pool after 2 years of it being closed. Algae and silt/soil were over the pool. Less experienced pool people told me to drain the pool. JnJ didn’t. They came quick during the busy holiday season and cleaned the entire pool under 45 minutes. It was a bit more costly than I’m used to but the quality and speed was there. Would use them again in a pinch.
Hi he was very good at getting our pool from cloudy to crystal clear and very helpful with any questions we had. He was responsive and checked in after as well to make sure all was good
Incredibly happy with the communication and the services. The problem was fixed. The price was more than fair. They are professional, amiable, and pleasure to work with.
I’ve used this contractor twice and they are reliable, trustworthy and reasonable. They’re a keeper
I got in touch JNJ on 7/11, they replied to me the same day. I provided more info as requested on 7/12. Did not hear from them so I messaged again 7/13 and 7/14! On 7/14 he replied saying he was busy, asked the same questions again, I replied with the same answers again. Have not heard from him and today is 7/17. So I felt that I needed to write a review. If JNJ Pools cannot do the job due to their schedule then they should advise asap. If JNJ conducts their business in this manner I don't need them. They could have easily replied that they were not interested and I could have gone with other pros. Very disappointing, this tells me what the job performance would have been! I have used Thumbtack for years and this is the first time I have left a negative review!
I’m a first-time user of the app and was fortunate enough to find the right person to assist me. I want to express my deepest gratitude for their help. Thank you so much

Easy to work with. Responsible and effective. I look forward to have this company continue to take care of my pool.
Absolutely saved the weekend. We woke up and out of the blue , our pool was brown. He came that day and then the next to follow up. Now it’s cleaners than ever. They are my pool company for life.
Fast response, was able to come and fix my pool same day, on a weekend. Highly recommend.
I was worried that this was a small company but they are professional, efficient and did an incredible job cleaning my hot tub. Have no reservations in hiring them.
