Had a couple of small communication glitches at first, but the mowing crew showed up the day I was told they would and did a great job. Mike @ S. Taft St.
I've tried a few grounds company's the past few summers. This is by far the best.
I am a new customer and am so glad I found Joey!! The best lawnmower service I have had in years.
I asked for bi weekly mowing. I was scheduled for a Thursday, and they didn’t show up. After complaining, they came early the next day. It took a total of 4 minutes for them to sloppily mow my front and back yard. I cancelled the bi-weekly mowing and then received an incorrect invoice.
As a new customer, found the service to be prompt, and provided as advertised. So far, very pleased.
This was my first experience with Jo Grounds care and they exceeded expectations. Scheduled for the next day, arrived on time and worked quickly and thoroughly. They performed aeration, fertilization and gutter cleaning. Will definitely use their services in the future.
Hired for aeration. Very responsive and friendly, would hire again.
JO Grounds care was great. They responded quickly. Had me in the schedule within a few days. The crew that showed up was very respectful and friendly
