The technician arrived on time, but the appointment felt rushed and he did not appear very familiar with this particular tankless reverse osmosis system. The installation began with the kitchen gooseneck faucet. After tightening it from underneath the sink, I was told it was secure, but the faucet could still rotate and had to be repositioned and tightened again. As he finished connecting the tubing under the sink, I began reading the manufacturer’s instructions. The instructions stated that the system needed to sit for approximately five minutes and then flush/drain for approximately 30 minutes. The technician read the same instructions. When he then asked for payment, I asked about connecting the refrigerator, because that portion of the installation had not yet been completed. The refrigerator connection was then completed after I brought it up. Because of the tight space, I also assisted with moving the refrigerator using a dolly. The system was left without the RO faucet being fully tested. Afterward, I discovered that the white and blue tubing had been connected incorrectly and had to be corrected. I also found that the white drain connection under the sink could move and rotate. I am separately verifying whether that installation complies with the applicable plumbing requirements. Another concern was the existing refrigerator water line. That line had been unused and uncapped for approximately eight years. It was connected to the new RO system without first being flushed. I later had a plumber flush the line. During that process, visibly brown/discolored water came from the line, which I documented on video. The plumber also used compressed air while clearing the line. Management was responsive when I raised these concerns and offered a 50% reduction in the installation charge, which I appreciated. My review is based on the installation itself and the issues I personally observed and documented.

Chris was very professional and did a great job. I didn't think our dryer vent was that bad until we saw the pictures! The thing was clogged full of lint towards the very end of it which would have been impossible to remove myself unless I had all of equipment and knowledge they had.
