Hi my name is Joe. I own Joe's Pool in Smyrna TN. I have been in the pool industry since 2002 and work with both inground and above. As a small, family-owned company I take great pride in my work and do my best to be fair in pricing without skimming on quality. I always offer deals for new customers! Note: as of 2/15/26 I am not taking any pools needing monthly maintenance. Note: I do not do any work on soft sided pools.

He was the first to respond and when he showed up to evaluate the problem, he took time to explain everything to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. He is now my go to person when it comes to my pool. I feel comfortable having him service my pool on a weekly basis.

Leak not fixed. It stopped for a few hours. The patch was not put on well and rolled. We did have another small hole that we ended up finding ourselves as he did not return to "follow up" as he told us he would. $240 and he was here 15 minutes total and did not check the pool for additional holes. We contacted him twice and he never returned. Would NOT recommend his business!!!
Great service! All leaks in the liner were found and fix. Joe sent me a report with all his findings, what he fixed, and recommendations to prevent future issues. I will be using Joe’s services again if other issues arise.
This team knows how to make it happen! Excellent work, attention to detail, fair pricing when another issue popped up; I’d hire them again and again.
Joe has been really good and responsive. The first visit was fine, he had to come back due to the pipe leaking. I had him come back to put in I way to divert water from the pool heater ( no use water flowing through it when it's not on). Ends up the design was poor and froze which cracked the valve. He came back out to fix that and cost me another $300. This time redesigned. A couple months go by and I open the valve to the heater, it's leaking. I text him and he said it world be that next Saturday and we were good. That was on 3/30/2026. On April 5th, I text to ask him if he ever came out, it's still leaking. No response. I text again on 4/14, my iPhone shows he saw the text but still no response. I still have a leaking pipe. I like supporting small business but I would avoid this guy. Poor work and non responsive
He didn’t do the job he just changed me 300 and never do his job. I asked him for my money and never answered me

Terrible, agreed to close my pool 2 weekends in a row and just didn’t show then said it was out of their way! Do not schedule unless you want to waste your time. Terrible service!

Joe is a true professional and God sent! I contacted Joe because we just bought an above ground pool from family leisure. It was my first pool and we were extremely nervous about opening it. The pool was literally dropped off and I couldn’t understand the guys for clear instructions. We called FL and they weren’t much help. So me and my wife looked for someone who can just help us turn everything on, teach us about our chemicals and make sure everything was on the up and up. (Kind of a third party inspection) My nerves was shot so bad, I contacted Joe at 12 at night. Joe’s first words were “Relax”! As soon as I heard that we knew he was the guy! He showed up on time! He showed us what could be a concern, what we should not be concerned about. What typically rusts, how often to put chemicals in. What other things we may need and told us about himself. We not only got our pool guy, but we got a friend! Will be contacting Joe from here on out to handle everything! Thanks again Joe!

It has been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about my pool. He did a very thorough cleaning, came back for a second time, and even checked in to see how the pool was looking. He has been fantastic. He even showed me how to work my pool pump, which I knew nothing about. I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience. I will absolutely use him again.
