John provided good communication. His office promptly scheduled an in-person appointment to measure our windows, discussed the specific windows to be tinted, and helped us choose the right shade. After John presented a fair quote, we set an installation date. Brian, the installer, arrived right on time, confirmed our tint selections for each window, and got to work installing the tint. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to patiently answer all of our follow-up questions. The finished product looks fantastic. Job well done!
