Allysa contacted me with a quote on the step I needed poured. She came to my house and looked at job and gave me a quote which we discussed and I got back to her after talking with my husband. They were able to do it the next day. Allysa was very kind and confident she could do what we wanted. Stephen and his worker came and got the step poured and it's just what we needed. Consummate professionals. I had somewhat of an emergency with broken concrete allowing rain to pour directly into my basement. John Hall Construction responded to my inquiry within minutes late on a Thursday night. Friday, Steven and Vaughn had the problem fixed in 90 minutes and did an incredible job at a fair price. I had 3 other people take a look and promise to send an estimate; John Hall had the problem FIXED before I even received an estimate from the other contractors. Highly recommend.
They were great team to work with. Very responsive to questions and provided a great value for our backyard project. The team came out and did great work and followed up to make sure everything was done well. I will definitely use them again.
Absolutely shoddy work that kept going downhill. They didn’t protect any part of my property because they were “in a rush”. We spent 6 months cleaning up concrete all over our siding, originally concrete, and brick facade. Concrete slopes in wrong direction so water pools, and cured completely uneven. They also poured our steps at the wrong height so there was a straight hole into the house so they had to come back and repour.
