I provide fun, entertaining, and motivational programs that are heavily peppered with humor and interactivity -- and maybe even a little magic -- to make them engaging and memorable. As a motivational speaker and leadership trainer, I can't just use a one-size-fits-all approach because every individual, every group, and every situation is different. What makes my service special is that I work with my clients to customize material and build specifically targeted programs. Before I write your program, I will want to know more about your organization, event, and desired outcomes so what I provide will make sense for your group and resonate with them. While my particular specialties include such topics as motivational leadership, interpersonal communication, team building, empowerment, resilience, customer service, dealing with change, and work-life balance, I am more interested in knowing what your desired outcome will be. John was the opening speaker on the last day of our Annual Meeting and did a great job. He was extremely flexible during the planning process and made sure he understood our company, our employees, and what we were looking to achieve from his presentation. He put together a presentation that was exactly what we were looking for that was incredibly well-received by our attendees. John is an incredible speaker who thoughtfully tailors each of his programs to the client's needs. My department is going through change where many of our roles, leaders, and system processes are shifting to increase work place efficiency. Over a virtual program, John spent an hour with 50 plus members of my department highlighting how change can be challenging but is beneficial.
