This contractor is a scammer. I signed an agreement on April 27, 2026. He asked for $10,000 and assured me that he will do all the required documentation and dealing with our building management office. He has not done anything since he got the payment saying that his father got sick and he is the one attending to him. On May 28, 2026 he told me that he was securing all the necessary permits and licenses but he needed $5,000 to do all of this. After paying him a total of $15,000 and not doing any work at all I can't reach him anymore. He does not return my calls at all.
