Ken helped us with a huge front yard project and he was great to work with! He gave us his professional advice on what we were trying to accomplish with grading our yard, extending our driveway and the next step of getting rock delivered. I have already referred Ken to my neighbor, friends & family who are looking to get projects done. Thank you again Ken, for your hard and amazing work! We love our new front yard!

We highly recommend using Johnston Grading for your leveling needs! The day we requested work from him, he reached out the same day. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable of the work we needed done for our backyard. The work done by him and his team was excellent and any questions we had were answered quickly. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would!
Great work by Ken and his team. He was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. Completed all the work as quoted. Taking time and with quality.
Had a great experience. Thank you! Ken provided his expertise on some grading issues that came up on a recent home inspection. The information he gave cleared up some confusion for us regarding the drainage around the property. Will be reaching out if we need anything in the future. Highly recommend!
He helped me regrade my backyard which was constantly flooding from prior landscapers that changed the drainage. He was affordable especially given the level expertise provided. His crew left the yard clean and there was good communication. He is willing to work with your other trades as well. I highly recommend.
Ken at Johnston Grading stepped in and solved what felt like an impossible grading problem, all on an extremely tight timeline. I received multiple bids, and Ken’s was easily the most fair, straightforward, and transparent. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he delivered even when unexpected issues popped up. We were struggling to sell our home because poor grading was channeling water toward the foundation. Ken designed and executed a smart solution that redirected the water cleanly away from the house, exactly what we needed. Bottom line: Ken knows his craft, does what he says he’ll do, and gets results. I highly recommend Johnston Grading for any grading project. You won’t be disappointed.
Ken was very responsive and punctual. He delivered two tons of sand very promptly after the initial request.
I’m extremely happy with the work Ken did to repair the sinkhole in my backyard. After reading a description of the problem, he explained how he’d go about fixing it and answered every question I had. Then, he inspected my yard himself to make sure he had the necessary equipment and material. He and his partner worked diligently until the job was complete. I highly recommend Johnston Grading Company.
Highly recommend Ken for your grading projects.
I was very happy with the grading job. Ken was easy to talk to regarding the job and did exactly what I needed. I highly recommend him. He did a great job and did really nice cleanup. His response to get the job done was awesome.
