I had a really easy experience with Joist. I'm a landlord and one of my decks needed a near-complete teardown rebuild. I chose Joist because their proposal seemed to be the best value. I am very happy with my choice! The work was done on time without disruption to the tenants. And it's just like new again. Very good work. I will definitely use them again! 💯

Tainan is an incredible builder and contractor. He was thorough, prompt, and fair. High quality work for reasonable prices. Very responsive and honest. Easy and reliable service. Loved working with him and his team. Highly recommend.
Good experience and would recommend!
The workers were very easy to work with and they were very conscious of cleaning up.
Absolutely excellent work! The project exceeded our expectations!
The job was done on schedule and looks great. No complaints.
Poor communicator. I provided details for the build of a small floating deck and haven’t heard a peep in week. On reply, no questions, no interest I guess. Even after follow-up still no quote or return comm’s received. Can’t speak to their build quality but this is a red flag before they even start. I pass.
Great craftsmanship, communication and value. Could not be happier!
