Reviews
Needed plans in a hurry… Carlos picked up the ball and ran with it… great job… fair price…. Great experience
Jon was very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand what I was inquiring about. Very professional, yet being open and just remaining human. Jon was not reading a script like I've experienced in the past.
I cannot thank you enough for your help throughout the process of designing the blueprint for my addition. You stand by your word, punctuality, delivery, and innovative options for my project. Even in the moments when I got frustrated because of my township requirements, you found a way to bring positivity back, and I appreciate that very much—outstanding communication through.
Jon was great to work with, provided excellent care in helping me with a large addition to my home. His work was thoughtful and thorough and I would definitely recommend.
Leave him the photos, sketches he needs, e-mail and after a few days later still nothing. Keep saying he has the proposal but nothing. He’s probably somewhere in NY or out of state. If you’re out of state, do not have business with him. Thanks
Jon was great to work with. He was very responsive, delivered as promised and on time. He made the process easy.
From start to finish, working with Jon Canter has been a seamless and positive experience. He and his team were available to discuss and fine tune the details of my project and delivered exactly what I needed - high quality and professional looking plans. Jon truly helped bring my project to life and I'm so thankful. I would highly recommend working with Jon for your next project.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jon on creating a plan for my deck extension, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Jon was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He quickly designed the plan based on my contractor's feedback, and efficiently mailed it in for approval. Thanks to his expertise, the plan was approved by the city promptly. If you're in need of architectural services, I highly recommend Jon. His dedication and skill are truly outstanding.
Canter, LLC was amazing. We had a deck we wanted to rebuild and needed an architect to do the drawings, and we found jon canter on this app, we spoke over phone and he knew exactly wat we needed and wanted, he followed the towns requirements to a "t" and out permit to build has now been approved. He made the process of going through the town so much easier than the horror stories of my neighbors. His drawings are detailed and descriptive he is not afraid of doing work or making changes it was truly a pleasure working with him. He was always professional and knowledgeable and called us about any concerns. Will tell everyone of his work for sure. You can trust him, use him and you won't regret it. Highly recommend. Approved on first submittion to city hall. He's amazing and has a very fair price compared to others on this site or and the others out there overpricing this service. Easy paying too, trusted form of payment through quickbooks.
