Reviews
I’m a general contractor and needed a self sufficient and knowledgeable hand to help us out with little oversight. Jonny has exceeded expectations and continues to get work from us. Excellent communication and follow up and solid, clean work.
He did outstanding work and on time.
Jonathan was wonderful to work with. He was flexible and worked with me during the entire project build to better understand the design and style of wall embedded bookcase I envisioned since I did not want to buy from ikea/wayfair. Jonathan was very communicative with me to let me know when he would be arriving and he worked around my schedule if I had to leave earlier than expected. I am so thrilled to finally get rid of the old/yucky 1990's style entertainment center and have double the capacity and beauty in my living room.
I was really hopeful about Jonny. He seemed like a cool guy who knows his stuff. My job was only reconfiguring some custom new kitchen cabinetry we have but unfortunately Jonny was the flakiest craftsman I have ever (tried to) work with. He quoted the job which we could not afford so we had to reduce the scope slightly, but he agreed and it seemed like it was going to be fine. But then he ghosted me and when he did reply, apologized, but then kept being non-responsive. I think this is his way of sending the message that he doesn’t want the job. I can’t stand this kind of customer service and lack of communication. Atter l inquired several times he finally apologized and sent his uncle who said he’d take the job because Jonny got too busy. That was fine with us so his uncle took measurements and said he’d be in touch soon on an install date once he purchased the materials. Then, nothing again. I told him this is no way to treat a customer. All he had to do was turn us down and say the job is not enough money for him, or he’s too busy, or literally anything, so we could have both moved on. Instead he strung us along for two full months and now we still have nothing to show for the time he wasted. Such a bummer that people feel like they can treat customers this way and I hope this review is instructive for him as he looks to treat his other potential clients better in the future. All he has to do is communicate honestly and respect people’s time.
I couldn’t get the job done by Jonathan because of long lead time to procure the materials. However, he visited my house initially to review the job and provide me with advice which was extremely helpful to get the right materials and cost estimates.
Jon was very good with his work what was expected. He is expert in his task and it is worth to call him for any home (indoor or outdoor)related job.
Needed a few things done around the house outside that we’ve neglected and was not disappointed! Pressure wash, landscape and hanging lights. Transparent with all details every step of the way and very professional. Will be booking again in a few weeks or so!
