I would have selected all of the qualities to help describe Jonathan. Jonathan returned my request for a call in a very reasonable time, listened to my issue, assured me not to worry, made an appointment for the next afternoon, showed up on time, fixed my issue, and asked for an unreasonably small fee. I’d have this craftsman in my home anytime for his sweet demeanor with my family and his efficient, timely resolve of my issue. Worth every dollar! He has been quick to respond and diagnose the issues I've had. I've had Jon help me a couple times now. The first time I flagged him down while driving down 65 and he ended up walking me through an issue with my pc. The second time out I was having an over heating issue and intermittent freezing. Very fair pricing. Jon will be my first call for any IT related issues in the future.
Jon explained the issue with my wife's desktop tower. Suggested we remove the windows beta program. We are happy to have him come back if we have any other issues later.
