I hired this mover to relocate my treadmill from one room to another, and unfortunately the experience was poor. He did not bring a moving blanket or any floor protection and started pulling the treadmill sideways across my floor, leaving scratches. I had to stop him, and my brother ended up helping him carry the treadmill properly. After disassembling and reassembling the treadmill, it would no longer work. The display now says “Safety Key Off” even with the safety key inserted. He repeatedly insisted the issue was just the safety key, but the treadmill had no such issue the last time I used it before the move. Despite checking the wiring afterward, the problem remains, and I now have to troubleshoot and potentially pay for repairs. I can’t say exactly what caused the malfunction, but the treadmill was disassembled and reassembled during the move, and it was not working immediately afterward. Between the floor damage and the treadmill no longer functioning, I was very disappointed with the service and would not hire him again.

Jora did a great job. He relocated and installed a new exhaust in my kitchen. Communication was very easy, so was scheduling a time for him to come and do it. I would definitey call him again if I need any work done.
