I was very pleased with the workmanship and quality of work on my deck project. Everything was done professionally and in less time than expected. I also think the price was very reasonable.

My bathroom makeover is going great! I cannot wait to it is completed. They will be completing future projects in my home.
Overall, the work itself was good and solid, just not what we asked for. On my one porch, I asked for a full replacement. The team that showed up the first day did not take measurements prior to taking down the porch. So I provided measurements for them. They ignored the size and now I have a significantly narrower deck than when I started. This leaves marks on my exterior and a deck that protrudes inwards. I emailed the main team on multiple occasions and was reached with radio silence. I was told the job would take three days but it took over three weeks (due in part to rain). They also left nails and screws about which resulted in one in my tire.
Jose and his team did a great job on my deck. I wanted the floor replaced and House also suggested that I replace the top of the rails as well. His spotted an issue during demo and took care of it right away. His pricing was fair and the job was completed in under a week (due to rain).
The crew arrived 15 minutes early. Everyone was very pleasant. They did a wonderful job.l will let the photo speak for it self. Thank you for a job well done 👏
Very reliable and the work was outstanding. His work crew were very professional.
this man is really professional. His workers are very professional. They’re very kind and respectful. They’re very easy to work with. They talk to me about what I want. Any questions I had they answered kindly and respectfully and assisted me on things I was indecisive about. I had discussions with them and they gave me clarity and good advice. They coordinate and work together very well. Their process is smooth and I am so pleased with the finished product. I love it love it love it. I highly recommend JOSE. Chafoya and his staff. Thank you Jose.
Fast, good price, professional complete work, they matched the same material design, very happy
We are so pleased with our new deck. José and his team are very professional and kind! We are kind of sad that they finished this project, so quickly. It was nice having them around. Most importantly, they made our vision of our new deck exactly what we wanted. We can’t thank them enough! We look forward to our next home improvement with them.
Emmanuel JC was awesome to work with! It went so fast it wasn’t any work at all! They repaired my deck stairs and railing in under one day at a very reasonable cost. The only reason the stars are a little low is due to responsiveness issues but they were awesome and punctual with us! He came and checked on the work (a lot of owners don’t) and it looks awesome
Did a great job.. finished way faster than expected.. built us a good size screened in deck.
Jose and his team did an excellent job on our deck remodel! They were punctual and responsive. Jose’s pricing is the best in the area without sacrificing the quality of the work. We are happy to have a go-to guy now to help us with our house projects! Highly recommended
Jose and his team did a great job on my new deck. They were very professional and completed the work on time. It turned out better than I expected and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
We needed to get our deck floor replaced and we’re on a tight schedule. Jose was very accommodating and still had his team do an amazing job on our deck. I’d definitely recommend him.
Nice work! completed to standards and made corrections as needed. Reasonable Estimate Thanks
I was really pleased with their work, though I did find a pretty notable flaw in one of the railings afterward. I'd still recommend them, but with I'd heard back from Jose after reporting the issue.
This guy supposed to know the Lord but I wonder what God he serve it's all about the money with this guy to expensive and work quality is a 3 called Jos and called this guy to come back and fix deck boards that are bold and some spots are chipping off haven't even been a year supposed to replace all bad board this guy crew never sanded the deck down this guy workers left chicken bones in my driveway after there lunch.Dont waste your money you can tell by the Pictures.I gave him a chance to fix the problem he never came through that's why he gotta a 1* Star from me.
The work staff were friendly, explained why and what they were doing. They cleaned up everyday.
Jose and his team replaced our pier and landing, and also replaced the step down launch pad that we use to board our kayaks. His price was very competitive. Everyone was very nice and approachable. It took them two days to complete...which was reasonable. It was over 90 degrees and these guys worked all day! First day they brought in materials and started the landing. Second day finished the pier and landing. They took away all of the debris and left the yard the way they found it. If you have any concerns about communication, it would be best to put your request into writing to ensure all your requests are completed. I will work with Jose again.
Jose and his team removed an old fence and installed a new one and also stained it. The big project was replacing our old deck with a much bigger deck. We went with composite material. Once all the materials were available his team got to work and the final project came out really nice.
