Joshua arrived on time and completed the spigot replacement. We would hire him again.
We had a great experience with Josh. He not only fixed the pipe that was actively leaking (pic on the left) but also took the time to replace other sections that could cause problems in the future (right pic is after replacement). He explained everything he was going to do in a clear and patient way, making sure we understood the work before he started. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail gave us confidence that the job was done right. We truly appreciate his excellent skills and highly recommend him!
Josh Edwards was very responsive and professional. I appreciated his clear explanation of what I needed and the quality of the work he did. The questions are always “would you hire him again” and “would you recommend his to family and friends?” The answer to both is absolutely yes.
Joshua was very professional and did excellent work at a reasonable price.
Joshua was great! Or shower ended up being more work than he had originally anticipated, but he kept at it and got it done, and did not change his original estimate for cost (even though we did pay him more because he did such a great job). He was extremely professional and we look forward to working with him again. So glad we finally found a reasonably priced, high quality plumber in our area.
Very responsive and professional. He took apart the pipe, thoroughly snaked the drain, and made sure everything was properly reassembled and working before leaving.
Josh did a great job. He arrived on time and gave a good price for the valves and pipe replacement. We'll use his services again for any plumbing needs.
Very profession and cleaned up when he was finished. Work was done in a very timely manner. Would use him again without any hesitation!
Arrived at time promised , assessed job and gave a fair price , explained what needed to be repaired, polite , courteous , I can not say enough good things about the two gentleman that did the repairs !!! I will definitely use again in the future !
Josh was punctual and came in and went right to work. He was extremely professional and very proficient in his work. He made sure all was in working order prior to leaving, including checking other areas of piping to ensure he cleared enough of my pipes to ensure proper drainage. Would not hesitate to contact Josh for future plumbing issues !!
I hired Joshua to replace my kitchen faucet. He was punctual, professional, and got the job done efficiently. A few days later, I noticed water coming from the kitchen floor and wasn’t sure if it was related to the faucet installation. Joshua kindly came back to inspect it, and after checking thoroughly, he found out the issue was actually from my refrigerator, not the faucet. He didn’t charge me anything for the follow-up visit, even though it was a very hot day. I really appreciate his honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Josh was a pleasure to work with and helped me diagnose my sump pump issue promptly.
They were top notch and they will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing needs. I originally contacted a larger, well known plumbing company to help figure out where the leak on my dining room ceiling was coming from. They sent out 3 different technicians throughout the day and just kept coming up with different theories but didn’t do anything. I contacted Joshua Edwards that night because I didn’t want to waste another day with water piling up. He responded right away and came at noon the next day. They did a quick assessment and determined they needed to cut holes to figure it out. Within 90 minutes, they found the cause of the leak which is not something you would ever expect to find. They found 2 pipes that had screws in them from the home builders when they remodeled back in 2019! They were so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend enough!
Joshua was very responsive and did the job great. They came on time and wrapped up the job without any delays. Very professional!
I had never used Thumbtack before through NextDoor. So had no idea after installing the App how this would work. Joshua Edwards responded to me immediately & I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. He is professional & responsive & fair cost for installing a dishwasher & having to replace a plastic pipe Home Depot was unable to do. I highly recommend his service.
My toliet would not flush properly. Technician replaced ball and chain. Toliet flushes well now. The price quote for the job was reasonable. Excellent work!
Fixed the leak under my sink and installed a new faucet!! Excellent work!!
Josuha is an excellent plumber! I would highly recommend his services. He responds quickly. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet for me all for a fair price!
Josh was great! His price was reasonable and competitive. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and straight-forward. We've experienced other plumbers pressuring us to repair other things. We appreciated that Joshua didn't do that. The price he quoted was the price we paid. I would definitely hire him again
