I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Rod He came out the same day I contacted him and did a great job relocating a couple of sprinkler heads for me.
I reached out to Journey Irrigation to ask about draining my irrigation system before temperatures dropped. Roderick responded quickly, arranged a time to come out, showed up on time, and was thorough and professional. He explained the process and completed it in a timely manner. Journey offers a maintenance program which Roderick discussed with me and I did sign up for. There was no hard sell, but I liked what it offered. Roderick’s follow up is great and does not require prompting, unlike the last company I used that never came back after being paid for winter drain and spring inspection. I would highly recommend Journey Irrigation.

I love the job they did for me! I got my new water heater in on my schedule, and i never went without hot water. The guys were so nice and explained every step to me and worked with me on pricing. I saved money, and they ended up working two times harder than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a repair or water heater.

I couldn’t be more happy with the work that Rod did for me at my house. I had a leak in my main water line right before Thanksgiving (terrible timing). I was getting astronomical estimates and they wouldn’t be able to get it done till after Thanksgiving. When I called Rod, not only was he quick to the respond and able to do the work immediately, but his estimates were half the cost of the others. He knocked it out in one day. Will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Rod was on time and explained the process of fixing the leak from a busted pipe. He was very professional and put my mind at ease with all my questions as related from all the problems I was having with the water usage. I will definitely use him again.
Rod arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, re-installed damaged wiring, tested system and found control box fault. Installed loaner box and tested system, adjusted all spray nozzles, will be called back after plant installation with new box and to adjust and aim sprays. Quick, friendly worker at reasonable cost who did the job in one quick visit the day after I contacted him.
I was quoted $55 to have 5 irrigation-heads reinstalled, I hired him, then when he showed up, he wanted $55 for showing up ALONG WITH $25 PER HEAD. He reread our conversation then acted like it was my fault for not understanding. I've attached our conversation to this & nothing says anything about $25. I was very disappointed but he left with no argument & no money. Be aware of surprise costs with this guy.
