Was going to hire for a moving job until my mother was asked if she was going to be home alone on the day of the move. Others can make their own determination of if they want to hire these guys, however we decided not to move forward based off this question
They are not flexible at all and do not talk through the process or understand what is being asked of them. No service to the customer.
I had a great experience with Deontae and his partner, they were very friendly and went above and beyond when moving my items! They got the job done well and even were able to show up earlier than expected. Would definitely choose them again.
Incompetent movers who packed the truck(s) with no amount of efficiency leaving a lot of my belongings behind. (Everything just thrown in there without packing it tight). They damaged multiple pieces of furniture w/o letting us know -and my invoice was handled incorrectly as well. Management didn't express any concern for my horrible experience to the tune of nearly $1,100. NEVER USE THIS LAUGHABLE COMPANY.
I would never recommend! I hired this company for a moving job. First they contacted me 5 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to start and demanded payment upon arrival. Full payment before any service is provided? Then after half of my things were loaded onto the truck she requested that I pay another $100 for a truck and $2/mi. I had to go get a U-Haul and have the guys transfer everything to the U-Haul… only for them to follow in their truck - how that makes sense to the biz owner is beyond me. Save yourself, avoid this business!
Good movers for the price. Wish they had a bigger truck. But overall I was satisfied. Would use again.
