J.R was extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and very responsive. I needed an inspector immediately and he squeezed me in same week. I inquired on Tuesday and he came on Thursday. I received my report the next day, I would definitely recommend J.R.

Purchasing a home is a big commitment. I'm happy we had Real Inspector on our team. J.R. was extremely responsive and fit us into his busy schedule at a moments notice! He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. His report was emailed within 24 hours. I'd highly recommend! Great experience! Thanks J.R.!
JR was amazing to work with. I will definitely be referring him to my other clients.
I had JR come and do an inspection on a condo I was purchasing. He was a little late, but communicated well. Once the inspection was complete, he showed me and my realtor a few things he noticed. I was pleased at the time with all the issues he presented to us. Minor to where I could request some fixes. Now for an update after the fact. The inspector missed a few key things. My outlet in my bathroom didn’t work, somehow missed on the inspection. And the hot water pressure is next to nothing. Somehow missed too. As much as he was thorough with the outside, the attic and inside. I wish I had a chance for a second inspection from another source.
very detailed andthatbwas the best part he left no stone un-turned. I definitely recommend hiring him.
Service was very detailed.
Unfortunately I had to hire another inspector for a more thorough inspection.
