I had a great experience with James. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the condition of the home and what items we should pay attention to. We really appreciated his attention to detail i would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home!

I couldn't be happier with the home inspection! James arrived right on time, was extremely professional and respectful, and took the time to thoroughly inspect every detail of the house. He never rushed the process and made sure everything was carefully checked and clearly explained. His attention to detail and dedication really stood out. I truly appreciate the amazing job he did and the peace of mind he provided. I would absolutely hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough home inspector. Thank you, James!!!
James is awesome - super thorough, very knowledgeable about our builder and took the time to walk us through major structural issues that he painstakingly caught. Very confident that we have everything we need with our 1-year builder warranty approaching. Appreciate you James!
James did a home inspection on our house. We were informed up front as to scope of work to be done. Due to the size of the house, it took him 4 hours to complete. Afterwards, we were given a detailed report of his findings. work performed was efficient and comprehensive. Would recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.
