My experience with JS Electric was great. The two workers that came out were friendly and easy to communicate with. The work (installation of Ring doorbell and two spotlight cams) was done efficiently, and they offered tips about placement of the cams. They also recommended getting solar panels to keep the batteries going much longer. That's the next project!
The technician called to let me know he was on the way, was clear about the work he was doing, and took care of it quickly. He shared photos so I had proof for the landlord.

I’m very familiar with changing outlets and installing light fixtures and so on, but I ran into the issue of seeing 4 different fixtures tying into one outlet, this was beyond my DIY dad abilities. I called JS Electric and within an hour of having them on the phone they were at my property quickly looking into the issue. I knew immediately as the professional was talking about what he was doing as he was doing it that I was right in calling for their help. The solution JS Electric provided was not something I could have ever done. The pricing was very affordable and I will definitely be calling them back for future jobs if the situation calls for it!

Our service person arrived early within the timeframe given. He knew exactly what to do to take down our old ceiling fan and install our new one. He went right to work and finished in about 45 minutes. He was very personable too. We would definitely use him again.

JS Electric responded within the time agreed upon. Tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He asked questions to get an understanding of our issues. He explained what could be done. The service fee for coming out was $100, but was applied to the cost of resolving the issue. A new part was needed, but tech left to obtain it, and was back within 30 min. to install it. He checked to be certain the electrical output was as it should be. was able to pay remaining balance by ZELLE.

The work has not yet begun but I am already convinced I made a good decision. Staff arrived on time and listened carefully about my needs. Not only did I get a quote immediately but I also got a better design than I asked for. The office staff is amazing as well. Work scheduled same day with paperwork taken care of online. JS Electric was fantastic. I got a call to schedule the job within 10 minutes of inquiring and it was scheduled for the same day. Aaron was great. He explained what he was doing and it made me feel a lot better about the work being done. Very respectful and very professional associate. The price was also significantly cheaper than other vedors. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'll be going back to JS Electric for any future needs.
