I liked that Juan reached out to me with a simple statement that he would like to help with the garage cleaning. He gave a quote for the job, rather than an hourly rate, so I didn't have to worry about how long it took. He was professional, polite, and respectful. He responded quickly, and was able to start the job within a few days. It took about 6 hours to do. I really liked that he didn't ask so many questions that would have made it more stressful, just what was necessary. Afterwards, he hauled off excess junk and swept. Now we have room to park two cars in the garage. I would hire him again.
