Juan was an absolute pleasure to work with on what was a very detailed and difficult job inside an older house in the Oakland Hills. Juan’s schedule was consistent and punctual and the project was completed on time as promised. My wife is an interior designer and we will for sure be using Juan again!!!

Juan got back to me immediately after I contacted him on Thumbtack and came by for a free estimate. He started the job the following week and he and his helper were finished within 5 days. Juan is very experienced, he pays attention to details, and takes a lot of pride in his work. He was able to lay out the complicated pattern we wanted and provided solutions when we ran into issues. The job was done well and we are very pleased with how it came out. We would definitely hire Juan again.

Juan and his team were amazing. We needed to fix some bathroom issues while remodeling the tile. Juan helped give feedback on design, and knocked the project out precisely and quickly. He was wonderful to work with and the bathroom is gorgeous!

Juan did a great job replacing my bathroom carpet with porcelain tile. Juan first installed a waterproof membrane. Then the 12 x 24 tiles. Juan gave us options and suggestions on the best offset for the tile as well as tile to carpet transitions. Juan also gave us the best outlet to purchase tile with the best selection and prices. Juan had to remove the baseboards and toilet to do the job and all were replaced flawlessly. Juan did a very good job, was easy to work with, prompt and I would use him again on the next job.

Warning!!! Do not use this contractor. Signed contract stated that he was to use DensSheilds and waterproof our shower prior to tiling. He use purple Sheetrock w no moisture barrier instead! Fired him. We had to rip the whole thing out and start over. Huge waste of money and time.
