We just started working with Juan. We chose him out of 6 different companies, and so far very happy... he is a good communicator. We have several projects with him now, and more in the future assuming he meets our expectations. I'll update our experience with Juan after several months of engagement.
The thumbtack app seems to be a little confusing with emails vs texts, but Juan’s came out and did the job for a fair price 2 days after I posted it. They were great.
Juan contacted immediately, arrived within a few minutes and gave me an estimate that was $650 less than my other one. I had 4 trees removed within 2 hours and he left the place looking great. Highly recommend.
Juan and his crew worked hard on a tough trench digging job with an “aim to please“ attitude. I was very satisfied and have already had them back for another project.
Juan replied promptly and professionally evaluated the project. He provided a great evaluation of the project and his crew finished quickly. I was very happy with the results.
These guys rocked. I had three very large piles of brush that needed to be removed. A steep bank that was covered in blackberry briars that I needed knock down. They had all done so quick. They responded a lot faster than I expected and did an amazing job! Thank you so much.
They did good just wanted the bushes trimmed a little more, I had trimmed afew to show how I wanted them, had to go back over them
Juan responded promptly when we messaged for an estimate of our yard work. He arrived promptly on the day of work, and he and his workers completed the job within just a couple of hours. We will definitely have him back.
Didn't show up no calls. Would not recommend
Juan & Team - did an excellent job, cleaned up the whole place like nothing was there before! Really cannot explain on how good job they did!!
I wish I could choose all the options for the great job Juan and his team did. Juan called almost immediately after I messaged my desire to hire his team. He came to do an estimate 30 minutes later and within two more hours the work is complete! It's exactly what I asked for. I'm just sad I put it off for so long! I will be calling him earlier in the season next time. Thank you Juan and team!! I didn't have a before pic, but I'm sure you can imagine what it looked like next to my fence, based on the surrounding foliage.
We had to get a cup of trees that we're touching the house trimmed back, so I contacted Juan on Thumbtack. He responded quickly, came out promptly to give me an onside quote, and finished the job on the same day. I'm impressed by the efficiency and will definitely call Juan again for any other landscaping needs.
Juan arrived when scheduled for the estimate. Asked plenty of questions and then sent me an estimate within a half hour. He allowed time for me to garner other estimates and was willing to bring his crew as soon as I was ready. Crew arrived when scheduled and worked diligently. The job was completed in less than a day and that included filling up the landscape truck twice and dump runs. The group took time with us throughout the project, asking how much or little we wanted removed. All were respectful of property and very polite.
Responded quickly and completed job the very next day. Was professional and kind.
Juan did an amazing job transforming our over grown and neglected yard. He created a patio extension with retaining wall in place of the hard to navigate slope. He got rid of the dead tree and created a welcoming garden bed area where I can experiment with plants. He even cleared out/trimmed back the plants behind our fence area. And he did it all in a single day, then came back the next morning to pressure wash. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He and his crew performed the work beautifully and cleaned everything up afterwards. I’ve included before and after photos. I hope you can see the beautiful work, I’m kinda bad at photos.
Very prompt at responding to give an estimate. He was at my house the same day! The work was thorough. I will use their services again.
He told me he would be there for an estimate that day and never showed up or messaged me. I sent him a message later in the day and didn't hear back until the next day that he can no longer provide the estimate. Pretty unprofessional.
Juan and his crew did a great job. Super responsive to feedback when the job needed tweaking. I would hire them again!
Juan and his team were once again amazing! They removed a ton of bamboo we had and replaced with Arborvitae trees in ONE day! They work hard and get their work done! I will continue to use them for all our landscaping projects. Thank you Juan!
