Reviews
Julian and his team are top notch! My floors look ok amazing! They were kind, on time, the workmanship is amazing and he went the extra mile when I need some new subfloor. They cleaned everything once the job was done and very respectful of my home and neighbors. If I could give 100 Stars I would!
I started demoing and replacing my floors mid-August when my back went out. I've been living in a construction zone ever since, waiting for things to calm down enough so I could finish. I finally admitted I couldn't finish this on my own and reached out to Julian. In one day, this man did more than I would have been able to do in two weeks. He was completely self-driven and needed only to be given the general scope of things before diving in and getting started. When he finished, the job site was spotless and truly finished-- no "one last thing" to do. We will definitely be working with Julian again in the future!
Showed up within 24 hours of me requesting assistance. Punctual and knocked it carpet stretching and reattached at points I cut. Highly recommend
Julian did a great job on my kitchen mosaic tile project. I would definitely hire him again for my next project. The finished results look amazing, and most importantly, my wife is very happy with how it turned out. He arrived right on time at 8:00 AM as we agreed, was professional, and took great care to protect my home. He covered the floors with drop cloths, protected my countertops and appliances, and kept the work area clean while he worked. His attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. Highly recommend Julian for anyone looking for great craftsmanship.
Julian and his team did an amazing work on our screened porch. It looks beautiful
From start to finish, working with Julian and his crew was seamless. Julian’s crew did a great job on my basement floor tile and baseboards. He was very responsive, easy to work with, and offered very fair pricing for the quality of work. The floors came out beautiful, and they handled several tight and awkward areas — including around and under radiators in the utility room — with great attention to detail. He also installed the baseboards for a very reasonable additional cost, which really completed the space. I would definitely recommend Julian for anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and high-quality work.
Julian was very good at everything. I was so impressed. We will definitely hire him again and again! He does a great job you should hire him!
Did a great job on floors.
I highly recommend Julian Rodriguez for his outstanding work and professionalism. He consistently delivers great quality results, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right. Julian is punctual and dependable, always showing up on time and staying on schedule. His responsiveness makes communication easy throughout the entire process, and he is quick to address any questions or concerns. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean and organized he keeps the work area, which reflects his respect for the client’s space. He also values customer input and makes sure to incorporate ideas and preferences, ensuring the final result meets expectations. Overall, Julian Rodriguez is a reliable contractor who combines skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I will continue to work with this contractor for my future projects very satisfied with his work.
