Julián was very professional. I had an old refrigerator water valve that needed to be changed and Julian went to 3 of the local hardware stores trying to find the right one. We appreciate his efforts. He cleaned up the water spill and other mess of the work performed. I will hire him again for future needs.
I had a fantastic experience working with Julian. He did a wonderful job completing the work with great attention to detail and high-quality finishing. On top of that, he was helpful enough to guide me on future tasks and maintenance around the house. What stood out most was his integrity. We had agreed on a price prior to the visit, and even though the job required additional effort and time, he stuck true to his word and refused to accept any extra payment. Honesty and quality work are hard to find—I highly recommend him and will definitely be hiring him again!
I declined this provider immediately after receiving an unreasonable first quote for small job.AfterI said no,he kept sending lower prices-175,-125,-100- even after I blocked his number.Because of repeated price changes and continued contact. I chose not to moved forward. I decided to put the boxed away for now and will have a friend help reseat the loose hood trim later.Customer should be aware of pricing inconsistency.

I hired Julian for a variety of tasks, including assembling and installing a new vanity (and uninstalling the old one), paint touch-ups, and installing locks and floodlights. While he works at a measured pace, he completed everything exactly within the agreed-upon timeline. I will definitely hire him again for future handyman projects.
Very slow in work, limited knowledge on the work that he was hired to do. Tools might be one of the reason why he was slow as well.
Julian is very personable and on time and very affordable, but after some irrigation work I had a major leaks just a few weeks later. Had to hire a plumber sadly to repair it all near my water main.

Julian worked hard, was very conscientious, and did a good job on my project; and he's a very nice guy. But his time management isn't the best. My job was scheduled for Monday at 9. On Monday at 7 he texted me to ask if he could do the job the next day at 9. On Tuesday at 8:59 he texted me that he would be an hour late. I finally reached him by phone at 10:15 and we got the job going around 10:45. I would hire him again, hopefully this was a one time problem.
Julian was absolutely delightful to work with. I had a fairly difficult request where I wanted about half of my cabinets resurfaced and the rest spot fixed in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and my front door. There were various levels of damage and Julian carefully went through each cabinet and door to sand and restain them. He also stripped and re-stained the front door which had 2 different colors on the outside and inside and 2 large holes that needed to be patched from a new doorknob. Julian consulted me with a plan daily and showed up ready to work. He was tidy and peaceful to be around. He was also easy to text about the project and what we should do next. He is a highly skilled craftsman and I will continue to hire him for projects. I can't recommend him enough!
