The technician was drunk and did not know what he was going. Said I needed a new furnace when I just needed a part. He was slurring his words and did not make any sense. New tech with heart heating is putting in new part.
BJ was a delight and such a relief; furnace going out on Friday afternoon; Not good! He got here soon and solved the problem and answered questions about future heating needs and took notes on additional plumbing work I will need. I think he is a find;-)

The technician was courteous, professional and polite. He got the job done and even did extra. I really liked the service. However, I was surprised by the price. I realize prices have been going up everywhere. But I wasn’t expecting to pay $320. Oh well I guess that is the cost of good quality work now. That is why I am giving them five stars.
BJ saved the day. Our very old furnace was struggling with the blower motor late last night. Jump HVAC replied to me early this morning and kept prompt communication. BJ arrived in under an hour of my confirmation. He was able to assess the issue and apply the right fix. From when I first confirmed the visit to having the heat back on was less than two hours, very appreciated when it was 9 degrees outside. The service visit was affordable and fairly priced. His communication and professionalism were excellent. Very impressed with BJ and Jump HVAC’s expert service and prompt assistance.
