They got back to me and completed the job same day. They were great!!
I had an appointment at 1 PM. Martha called me and said they were going to be late and two hours later. They called me and told me they could no longer get my furniture today so they canceled my entire appointment after being two hours late. When I explained to her that I should not be punished because she overbooked her day she hung up on me and blocked me. So apparently that’s her idea of customer service that when somebody’s displeased you hang up on them and block them. There were so many other things contingent on them picking up the furniture and they literally screwed up my entire day.
Excellent work from this crew. They did everything we asked and were very professional. Would recommend!
Excellent experience! Showed up promptly, and took away everything that we had. It was wet and messy, and they were so nice… even though I’m sure it was not fun. Very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.!
Highest recommendation! On time, priced as quoted, quick, efficient, and VERY pleasant to work with. Junk It should be your choice for removal of all your unwanted items. Many thanks!! 🙏 🙌
Will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone! Good price and fast service
Martha responded promptly to our request and was here in a few hours to remove junk furniture from our house. Very fast and efficient despite not having a crew since they were busy with other work. Thank you for your service!
