Be honest and not lie about the time for work to be done. # weeks went by and promised a time frame and then didn't show up. So disappointed. I could have went with another company, which I did. Terrible experience!!!!

Replied VERY quickly the first day. We agreed to have someone come out the following Friday to look at the project. When reaching out to confirm the time frame that Friday no response was received. A response was received the following Tuesday apologizing stating the messages routed to SPAM. However I had already contacted someone else help. Where this project didn’t workout, I wouldn’t rule them out when it comes to future projects.

They didn’t show. I’m 71 and rely on this service to move. They were scheduled to be at my place on 09/05/26 at 9:30. By 10:45 they still hadn’t shown… no call or texts from them until I inquired about ETA! Then I get a text that they can’t come… workers had family emergency. I understand emergencies happen but they did not inform me. I asked if they were coming later in day. No response. I was very upset. Very unprofessional. I asked about Sunday possibly. Said he doubted it but would let me know. No word!!!! Finally after telling them I was going to write a bad review and contact BBB, he said maybe someone can come. Still no contact with me. Just kept saying I’m waiting to hear back!!! Terrible communication and reliability. Do not trust these guys!!!
We would not recommend this company based on our experience. Pros: Communication leading up to the move was timely and clear. They also provided the lowest estimate we received—$215 to move our hot tub from our driveway to our backyard. Cons: On the day the move was scheduled, we were contacted and told the price would now be $650—three times the original estimate. By that point, they knew we had selected them for the job and had a timeline in place for getting the hot tub moved and set up. The last-minute, significant price increase left us feeling like we were being backed into a corner with very few options. We ultimately declined to hire them and were able to find another moving company that completed the move for approximately $290. Based on our experience, I would recommend getting the final price confirmed in a contract (not just the ThumbTac texts/messages) before scheduling with this company and being cautious about relying on the initial estimate. A price changing from $215 to $650 on the day of the move was unacceptable to us.

Some circumstances came up to where we were unable to go through with using their services, however I am still leaving a review because their communication and responsiveness were fantastic. I definitely recommend them, and will be using their services for future projects!

They started well - communication about the service was set two days in advance. We set a date, location, and time. On the day, they delayed the service by a half hour, which was fine. However, at the scheduled time they texted me and stated that they could not do the service since they were "hours" away. I had used the previous days to prepare for the pickup (people had to take off work, had to clean, and get all extraneous items away from the piano so as to not get in the way), yet the movers did not seem to respect the preparations that went into this service. I'm very disappointed in the service!
