Trey came to my house immediately and was exceptionally professional. He gave me an estimate and was here when he said he'd be... They did an excellent job and quality work! I'd use them again in a New York minute!

Phenomenal customer experience. My go to company for junk removal! Will 100% be using again.

Trey and his team are amazing, this is who you should select every time.
Needed some stuff moved out of my apartment quickly and they didn’t disappoint! Fast response, amazing customer service and the most affordable price around.
Junkstar was very professional and courteous. They did a great job.
I cannot recommend Junk Stars Services LLC enough. From the very first point of contact, this team set the bar for what professional junk removal should look like. They arrived exactly on time (which is always a relief) and got straight to work with a sense of urgency that I truly appreciated. Despite the fact that they had traveled a good distance to get to my site, there were no complaints, no delays, just pure hustle and a positive attitude. They were incredibly quick and efficient, yet never once did I feel like they were rushing through the job just to get it over with. They handled everything with care and durability, making sure the property was protected while they worked. What really stood out to me was their transparency and communication. They kept me in the loop the entire time, sending photos of the progress and any extras they came across, so there were no surprises when it came time to settle up. Speaking of which, even with the extra effort they put in, and they absolutely went above and beyond, the pricing was completely fair and stayed well within my budget. You just don’t find that level of honesty and value very often these days. Beyond the work itself, I was genuinely impressed by how they treated everyone involved with kindness and respect. It’s one thing to be efficient, but it’s another to do it all with a great attitude and a high level of professionalism. If you’re looking for a junk removal team that you can count on, works hard, communicates clearly, and actually cares about doing a great job, do yourself a favor and call Junk Stars. I’ve already got their number saved for future projects. Great job, guys, keep up the excellent work!
Fast reply with follow up phone call and was asked questions & offered services that helped expedite the completion of the clean up requested. Great availability and overall professional service.
They communicated well and were very quick. They even worked in the rain. I would use them again.
I recently used this junk removal company and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and worked quickly while still being careful and respectful of the property. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was hauled away efficiently, and the space was left clean once they were done. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future!
