About Just a Bite
As the name suggests, my focus is on the small bites concept. I do not typically offer full entrees, but since I customize menus often, I am able to sometimes accommodate my clients' requests. I also offer Pasta Bar and Taco Bar options, as well as salads and mini desserts. This enables me to keep my menus fresh, be very open and flexible to my clients' ideas and needs, and give personalized service. We do not provide on-site omelette stations, carving stations, or grilling services. I am the sole chef and owner and do not employ additional chefs for those services. I am passionate about food and people. This business enables me to share my food with some wonderful clients, their families, and guests. Their feedback is always invaluable and I am always grateful for being welcomed into their homes and kitchens, and being a part of their special occasions.

Loretta was very nice to work with. I hired her service for my 40th birthday party and was thorough happy with the entire process. She’s very responsive to my questions. We worked together to determine the menu and how much food I need for my event. On the day of the event, she and her staff arrived on time, food was beautiful and delicious. I also used her wait staffs for an 8 hours event and they kept everything super organized and cleaned, foods were always full. I couldn’t be happier.
I had Loretta cater my 1st grandchild's baby shower. I was so nervous because I've always cooked myself and was worried there wouldn't be enough food. Well I was wrong. Loretta did a wonderful job not only in quality of food but her presentation. She is very easy to work with and very accommodating. I definitely will be using her again.

Loretta was a pleasure to work with. From initial contact through our entire event. She is a true professional, friendly, responsive. She helped coordinate table rentals for us and brought everything needed for hosting a fabulous event. She and her servers took care to make our space look wonderful with their food displays and table setups. All the food items were classy and delicious, and Loretta provided excellent recommendations in selecting from her menu. Overall, I was very pleased with everything. Food was good, display was good and had a good experience working with Loretta. I wanted white servewear instead of clear and she was able to accommodate. I would say that the food dishes were much better than the dessert (cupcakes). Some of the bites were also smaller than I expected. That said, no complaints...would use Loretta again in the future!
