Nick was fantastic to work with. He helped me out with a rental property. He was great coordinating with the Renter directly on availability and the job was completed in a timely manner despite needing to track down the materials at different locations. He was thorough and professional. I will definitely reach out to him again if the need arises. Highly recommend.

Reviews
The work was excellent, and communication was perfect. He only charged me for the four hours I initially agreed on, even though he went over a little—everything was very satisfactory. I have no complaints at all and loved the work. I'll definitely be booking them again!
I can’t say enough good things about Nick. He came in and fixed a bunch of problem doors and trim and was incredibly kind and professional. I would recommend him again and again.
Excellent service. Great value. Highly recommend! A+
Nick is very skilled and easy to work with. I felt comfortable with him in my home and in addition to the great work, he took care to clean up the work site well. He got my input at each step of the project we are very happy with the end result.
This is the review you need to read. Three adjectives are too limiting. At the end of my tether, I looked to Thumbtack and found Nick with Just Right Building. A bit of a misnomer, Nick is so much better than Just Right. He is fantastic, punctual, respectful, smart, skilled, patient, fair, and kind. Nick will always be my first call and highly recommended now. He is a craftsman of the first order. His skills and kindness are unequaled. Nick was respectful of our home and ideas. Money was already invested in my project; parts and kits. My husband and I are fairly handy. However, based on the project location limitations (house is 125 yo), the kit installation instruction review made it clear that help was needed. It's NOT a typical comfortable space for me to be. Because we are rural, finding "help" of any kind is tricky. Thumbtack has made that easier by narrowing the field by skill and location. Thumbtack led me to Nick and Just Right. We couldn't be happier about the relationship that we have with Nick. He listened, evaluated the situation, shared alternative ideas, encouraged discussion, and got to work. We have never had a general tradesman in our home. Nick has changed that. He is welcome in our home any time; with or without his toolbelt. ;D
We had Nick in to replace a kitchen light and our outside spotlights around the house. Nick was thorough from the beginning by asking for photos of the fixtures that were going to be replaced. He also asked me to send photos of the new fixtures to make sure there were no concerns about starting the job as soon as he arrived. He stuck to his quote that was fair and met the deadline that was set. We will hire him again for projects that we need to have done. He is a Jack of all trades!
Nick is the most passionate and dedicated person and his work/performance was impeccable! Before hiring Nick, I had a bad experience with another contractor team that fell through, so meeting Nick and having him in my home for kitchen renovation was beyond rewarding. Nick was so precise and truly focused on EVERY single detail to make it beyond perfect (see photos). I would look no further than him for any project you have!
Was very proficient and did a great job.
Nick with Just Right Building Services was a great choice for my remodel and home repair project. He communicated well and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. His finishing work and craftsmanship is amazing. He went above and beyond to drive to my homes location, which I really appreciated. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is a dedicated worker and that’s why I would definitely hire him in the future.
