DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I initially gave this company five stars but I’ve discovered I made a HUGE mistake and it’s costing me dearly. Long story short- I paid Just4Move NYC to pack up my property and store it while my apartment underwent repairs that were caused by a huge flood in my building. When the movers returned with my belongings, my 85-inch television was busted and my leather accent chair was missing. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, Just4Move NYC said they were going to replace my items and asked for 60 days to do so. I foolishly agreed and now 60 days have passed they're no longer returning my call and not responding to my messages. They're also ignoring the messages from Thumbtack customer service. See the pictures below. The guy standing in front of my busted television is one of their movers. I had him to power up the television before they left. He didn't know I took this picture. JUST4MOVE NYC, YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.

This copy is horrible! Very in professional staff from the movers to the people who answer the phones. The movers handled my property very roughly and they complained the whole time. They even broke my mirror and my brand new tv because they were too lazy to put my TVs in boxes. If you care about your things just pay the extra and hire a more experienced and professional company.
Paris and his team was the best! They made my moving so easy and quick. Very happy with their service. They arrived early, very careful with my furnitures and they all were super nice and friendly. Would definitely use just4 move service again! Thank you!
My wife said the team deserve the best rating. They took care of the furniture like no one else did. They did a great job. I asked them to take a break and get dinner they denied the offer for rest they kept working continuously till they finished the job then they get few minutes with light dinner. Those people are Amazing. They deserve 20 Stars not five. I recommend Just4move for everyone. I paid the invoice through email in few seconds. Really great team. Thanks a million
I got lucky with Evan and Terry as our movers. They had a problem with the moving truck so we had a late start (by 2 hours) but these things are expected, so no big deal. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently. Both were super careful with the furniture and protecting its corners, as well as, ensuring the walls aren’t damaged. I couldn’t have asked for more careful movers. Last but not least, I had a marble dining table that weighs 500+ lbs. It’s a monster to move. Not only did they manage to wrap it, and move it into my new home without any damage, they did it with a great attitude. I’ve moved 8 times in the past 3 years (same items each time) and this is the first time I had zero major issues and gladly gave a big tip at the end.
The movers put blankets around everything and wrap to keep doors in place. They put everything where I asked them and were helpful when something just wasn’t going to fit. They took down the bed frame and put it all back in the new location.

The workers themselves were capable and hard-working, but miscommunication between the office and movers in the field caused delays and a serious incident following some accidental property damage. The head office needs to make sure the invoice is 100% correct and to customer specifications before sending out the team; in our case, we had requested a 26' truck and stated we had ~80 boxes. The movers had neither of those notes and so they showed up promptly and ready to work, but had to stop the clock after 2 hours and come back 2 hours later with a second truck from HQ to handle all our stuff. The worse incident happened after the driver accidentally ran into the gutter above our garage. I totally understand that accidents happen and don't hold anything against the driver. But rather than agreeing to receive an estimate for the damage and then revise the invoice, the office insisted we pay the full invoice on the spot and that they would "take care of us" later. When we insisted that we needed to get an estimate rather than simply "trust" them, the office said the workers wouldn't leave the property until they were paid. Only after threatening to call the police did the workers leave for the day. All of this could have been easily avoided with a more reasonable and communicative presence at HQ. It was odd to have the office escalate a simple situation about property damage (I get it, it happens and we deal with it) into a big scene over their insistence to get paid "now." Three or four days later we did get an estimate for the gutter, sent it to the movers and had a revised estimate sent over within minutes. That final process was fairly painless, and I still don't understand why the office insisted on "now now now," only to add to the stress of their own workers as well as their customers. Overall it left a very sour taste in our mouths, despite the movers working hard all day.
I hate moving companies usually. I had no complaints about this one. Easy move! Thank you for making my life easier ~ no crying needed !! All smiles
The guys came a little late, but unpacked our 26-foot truck in no time. The office staff confirmed with us the night before, which I appreciated. Overall, would definitely hire Just4Move again.
