Justin Carey was direct and concise. His manner was thorough and helpful. That said, he was sometimes curt and somewhat dismissive (for a technophobe like me). He was patient and very helpful. My problem was resolved and his fee for his services was more than fair/competitive.

Above and beyond. Dude is a T1000. There was an issue not with the machine but the toner subscription. He spent days on the phone with HP to fix it and it had nothing to do with the printer itself, just HP and their crappy toner subscription service.
